Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Payment:
- Payment is only accepted by bank transfer.
- Full payment is due 14 days before the scheduled arrival date.
- Where payment has not been received 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival, we may cancel your booking.

2. Cancellation Policy:
- More than 14 Days Before Arrival: Get a full refund if you paid early.
- 7 to 14 Days Before Arrival: You'll receive a voucher for 50% of the first 7 days of your booking. If your scheduled booking is longer, you will receive a voucher for the full amount of the remaining days (after the 7th day).
- Less than 7 Days Before Arrival: No refund for the first 7 days of your scheduled booking. Then you will get a 50% voucher of the rest of your scheduled booking.
- How to Cancel: Please let us know in writing by email, text, or preferrably WhatsApp.
3. Refund Policy:
- Refund vouchers for cancellations will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation.
- No refunds will be provided for early departures or late arrivals.
4. Rescheduling Policy:
- Guests may request to reschedule their booking to an alternative date, subject to availability.
- Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 14 days prior to the original scheduled arrival date.
- Requests for rescheduling after 14 days prior to the original arrival date will be subject to the Cancellation Policy above.
- Pawsies will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
5. No-Show Policy:
- If guests fail to arrive for their scheduled booking without prior notification, the full booking fee will be forfeited.
- Pawsies reserves the right to cancel future bookings for guests who fail to provide timely notice of cancellations or no‑shows.
6. Exceptions:
- In case of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, Pawsies may consider exceptions to the cancellation policy on a case‑by‑case basis.
- Guests must provide sufficient documentation or evidence to support their request for an exception.
By booking a stay at Pawsies, guests agree to abide by the terms of the cancellation and refund policy outlined above. This policy ensures fairness and transparency for guests and Pawsies, allowing us to maintain the highest standards of service and care for all furry guests.
Please note that Pawsies reserves the right to change this policy at its discretion. Guests will be notified of any updates or revisions to the policy in a timely manner.
